Pharmacology verification queue

0Parameters independently verified
31Parameters awaiting a check

Every pharmacology parameter in this build was transcribed by hand from its primary publication. This project calls a value verified only when a different person has checked it against a second source, and there has not yet been a different person. A check is not a clinical review: it changes one parameter from pending to verified, and it signs no content, covers no clinical domain, and advances no maturity label.

How to check a parameter

Open the primary source at the locator given. Confirm the value as transcribed for the paper's reference individual. Open one of the second sources accepted for that model and confirm it agrees, noting any discrepancy rather than resolving it. Then send a record with the model, the parameter, the value and unit you checked, the model-set revision (2026.08.2), the second source and its locator, your name and your qualification as you would state it, and the date. A maintainer opens your second source before anything is recorded; nothing changes on receipt, and no contact detail is asked for. Records arrive by pull request, beside the model file, in the format the contribution guide gives. A discrepancy opens a correction instead of a verified record.

Propofol · propofol-eleveld-20188 of 8 pending

Eleveld DJ, Colin P, Absalom AR, Struys MMRF (2018). Pharmacokinetic-pharmacodynamic model for propofol for broad application in anaesthesia and sedation. British Journal of Anaesthesia.

Primary locator: Tables 2–3; covariate equations; Supplementary Digital Content S4 final PD $PK/$ERROR.

Second sources accepted: the paper's own erratum or corrigendum; an independent published implementation; an open reference implementation.

  • v1 6.28 L (reference individual) — pending independent check.
