What you will practise
- Reconcile exposure, clock, agitation, autonomic, temperature, and whole-patient findings.
- Recognize the coupled hyperadrenergic pattern without screen-, pupil-, pressure-, temperature-, or agitation-only closure.
- Activate de-escalation, resuscitation, cooling, airway, toxicology, monitoring, and compassionate safety ownership.
- Review supplied mental, autonomic, cardiac, temperature, renal, CK, and differential evidence.
- Record bounded qualified de-escalation, support, sedation, cooling, surveillance, airway, and adjunct intent, then review a strict later report.
- Hand off rebound agitation, psychosis, suicidality, ischemia, arrhythmia, hyperthermia, rhabdomyolysis, coingestion, airway, and active risk.
