What you will practise
- Reconcile product, exposure clock, symptoms, breathing, and the whole patient.
- Recognize the mixed acid-base pattern without single-concentration closure.
- Activate poison-center, emergency, critical-care, nephrology, and safety ownership.
- Review serial level, acid-base, volume, electrolyte, and airway evidence.
- Record bounded qualified alkalinization and dialysis preparedness, then review deterioration.
- Hand off CNS, pulmonary, acidemia, absorption, extracorporeal, and active risk.
