What you will practise
- Reconcile the authored baseline, verified conventional oxygen, signal quality, work, gas exchange, mentation, and perfusion trajectory.
- Review the fixed whole-patient suitability, preferences, monitoring environment, and airway-capable rescue readiness.
- Select a closely monitored high-flow nasal oxygen trial for the authored de novo nonhypercapnic hypoxemic-failure pattern.
- After elapsed time, review the fixed experienced-team 30-minute whole-patient and blood-gas response.
- Record monitored continuation with explicit deterioration triggers and rapid airway-capable reassessment.
- After another elapsed interval, hand off active support, partial response, open cause, failure triggers, rescue readiness, and named owners.
