What you will practise

  • Arrange qualified monitored rescue for symptomatic hypocalcemia.
  • Interpret measured ionized calcium alongside kidney disease and albumin.
  • Separate continuing calcium support from mineral care and follow-up.
  • Distinguish current ionized calcium, bedside symptoms, and historical findings.
  • Transfer unresolved risk with explicit continuing-care ownership.
