- Recognize ineffective ventilation from absent heart-rate rise without cause closure.
- Review qualified ventilation correction, alternative-airway, and compression boundaries.
- Review the fixed 2-minute qualified-team response report.
- Hand off airway, respiratory, neurologic, parent, and outcome risk.
