What you will practise
- Start qualified parenteral hydrocortisone without waiting for diagnostic results.
- Coordinate steroid coverage, fluid resuscitation, and qualified support together.
- Reassess the person after treatment rather than assuming a response.
- Find the interrupted replacement and keep recurrence prevention in the handoff.
