Undifferentiated shock
Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed58-year-old woman for Emergency assessment of undifferentiated shock. About 8 simulated minutes.
What you will practise
- Recognize shock from serial tissue-perfusion evidence, not pressure alone.
- Use focused cardiac findings to narrow the shock pattern without claiming a definitive diagnosis.
- Check a dynamic response before a bounded fluid challenge.
- Reassess the same perfusion markers and escalate the unresolved etiologic workup.
