Persistent septic-shock resuscitation
Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed66-year-old woman for Persistent septic-shock reassessment. About 8 simulated minutes.
What you will practise
- Reconcile prior treatment claims with the current patient response.
- Reassess pressure alongside brain, skin, kidney, lactate, and respiratory tolerance.
- Use the fixed dynamic response and lung findings to constrain further fluid.
- Activate individualized hemodynamic support and urgent source control in parallel.
- Reassess multi-organ perfusion and unresolved shock after the bounded plan.
