What you will practise

Establish receiver readiness, monitoring continuity, and responsibility boundaries.
Receive illness severity, patient summary, active support, pending work, and contingencies.
Cross-check dated bedside trends, devices, infusions, examination, and pending source control.
Escalate the worsening shock with explicit immediate actions, triggers, contingencies, and ownership.
Require receiver synthesis, acknowledge ownership, and reassess the immediate trajectory.
