What you will practise

  • Establish receiver readiness, monitoring continuity, and responsibility boundaries.
  • Receive illness severity, patient summary, active support, pending work, and contingencies.
  • Cross-check dated bedside trends, devices, infusions, examination, and pending source control.
  • Escalate the worsening shock with explicit immediate actions, triggers, contingencies, and ownership.
  • Require receiver synthesis, acknowledge ownership, and reassess the immediate trajectory.
