Wide-complex tachycardia
Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed68-year-old man for Wide-rhythm stability, response, and escalation review. About 9 simulated minutes.
What you will practise
- Confirm the authored pulse and reconcile the regular monomorphic wide rhythm with revisable whole-patient stability.
- Review morphology, prior ECG, structural disease, ischemic, electrolyte, medication, and toxic context without declaring one mechanism.
- Record continuous monitoring, access, expert help, pads, and immediate cardioversion readiness.
- Record the authored expert-selected procainamide pathway and review its elapsed fixed nonresponse.
- After reported medication nonresponse, record protocol-bounded synchronized-cardioversion intent.
- After elapsed time, reassess the fixed rhythm and whole patient and hand off cause and recurrence work.
