What you will practise

Confirm the authored pulse and reconcile the regular monomorphic wide rhythm with revisable whole-patient stability.
Review morphology, prior ECG, structural disease, ischemic, electrolyte, medication, and toxic context without declaring one mechanism.
Record continuous monitoring, access, expert help, pads, and immediate cardioversion readiness.
Record the authored expert-selected procainamide pathway and review its elapsed fixed nonresponse.
After reported medication nonresponse, record protocol-bounded synchronized-cardioversion intent.
After elapsed time, reassess the fixed rhythm and whole patient and hand off cause and recurrence work.
