What you will practise
- Reconcile the fixed sustained polymorphic VT report, mechanical pulse, compromise, and preceding long-QT context.
- Record immediate unsynchronized-shock intent without waiting for magnesium, QT review, synchronization, or an energy calculation.
- After elapsed time, review the authored post-team sinus rhythm, perfusion response, and persistent long-QT risk.
- Review QT-active medications, interactions, kidney function, bradycardia/pauses, electrolytes, ischemic, structural, and inherited context.
- Record long-QT-specific magnesium, electrolyte correction, culprit-medication, monitoring, and expert strategy intent.
- After elapsed reassessment, hand off persistent QT risk, recurrence and pulse-loss triggers, open work, and owners.
