Symptomatic bradycardia
Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed69-year-old woman for Longitudinal symptom-rhythm correlation and shared plan. About 8 simulated minutes.
What you will practise
- Reconcile the sinus bradycardia, pulse, chronic symptoms, and present whole-patient stability without using rate alone.
- Review medication, endocrine, metabolic, sleep, ischemic, infectious, structural, and physiologic context without inventing a cause.
- Review the fixed ambulatory report and diary for temporal symptom-rhythm correlation and important excluded rhythms.
- After both review lanes, record individualized cardiology/electrophysiology pacing-evaluation and shared-decision intent.
- Record symptom tracking, acute-change safety net, owner, and locally determined follow-up.
