Stable chest-pain evaluation

Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed

54-year-old man for Stable chest-pain evaluation. About 7 simulated minutes.

What you will practise

  • Verify stability and screen the fixed history for acute or changing features.
  • Characterize symptom quality, location, trigger, relief, frequency, and functional impact without using “atypical.”
  • Integrate age, sex, symptoms, risk factors, examination claims, and resting ECG into a bounded clinical-likelihood review.
  • Record patient-specific noninvasive-testing intent through shared decision-making and local expertise.
  • Record follow-up and an explicit acute-change safety net.
