What you will practise
- Reconcile the fixed regular narrow-complex rhythm with current whole-patient stability without using rate alone.
- Review abrupt onset, fixed ECG description, prior episodes, medications, contributors, and alternate regular narrow mechanisms without premature closure.
- Record coached vagal-maneuver intent and reassess the authored nonconversion.
- Record protocol-bounded adenosine intent after contraindication, access, monitoring, and resuscitation-readiness review.
- After elapsed time, reassess the fixed rhythm and whole patient, then record recurrence safety-net and rhythm follow-up ownership.
