What you will practise
- Recognize compensated hemorrhage before the pressure is the only clue.
- Temporize volume loss while definitive hemorrhage control is obtained.
- Reduce the induction dose for a patient who is already volume depleted.
- Protect perfusion while the surgeon controls the bleeding.
