What you will practise
- Prepare oxygen and fresh-gas flow before starting volatile delivery.
- Follow end-tidal sevoflurane rather than treating the vaporizer dial as the patient concentration.
- Reduce delivery as end-tidal agent accumulates and reassess the modeled response.
