What you will practise
- Reach an end-tidal preoxygenation endpoint before induction.
- Stop repeated tracheal attempts and request airway help early.
- Move to a supraglottic airway to restore a route for oxygenation.
- Explicitly deliver high-concentration oxygen and confirm sustained gas exchange.
