Circle-system rebreathing
Educational use only. Not clinically reviewed47-year-old woman for Laparoscopic cholecystectomy. About 8 simulated minutes.
What you will practise
- Recognize rebreathing from a raised inspiratory carbon-dioxide baseline while breath delivery continues.
- Increase fresh-gas flow as a bounded bridge while preparing definitive circuit correction.
- Replace the exhausted absorbent after assessing the trace, then confirm inspired carbon dioxide clears.
